In Eutopia, humanity has transcended physical life and now lives inside a virtual simulation designed to preserve personal freedom while eliminating conflict. Everyone possesses godlike power, but no one is allowed to infringe on the rights of others. Amidst this balance, two individuals — Destiny and Descartes — challenge the system by resisting a tradition called The Coupling Season, an AI-driven matchmaking ritual.

Project Overview
Eutopia is a speculative fiction novel by Indian author Suyash, set in a futuristic simulation where humanity has built a nearly perfect society. As part of the book's launch, I was responsible for the cover illustration and design, along with the creation of key character portraits, location art, and a full suite of promotional materials for print and digital campaigns.

Character Designs
I developed portraits of the three main characters, each designed to reflect their role, personality, and tension within the world of Eutopia. The designs were later adapted into character cards and used across launch materials.

Iconic Locations
I also illustrated key locations from the novel — including a vast ocean and surreal mountainscapes — which were used for social teasers and atmospheric backdrops in the marketing campaign.

Promotional Materials
For the book launch, I designed a cohesive set of promotional materials, including social media banners, website visuals, event posters, and merchandise like tote bags, stickers, and bookmarks. I also created shareable digital assets for pre-orders and early reviews, all aligned with the book’s visual identity.

The visuals helped set the tone for the book’s release, generating early interest and giving the fictional world a strong, recognizable identity. The combination of narrative illustration and graphic design helped readers engage with the characters and the world even before opening the book.

This project was a unique blend of storytelling, illustration, and design. It allowed me to build a cohesive visual world from a single narrative and translate that across multiple media — from the intimate scale of a bookmark to the broad visual reach of a digital campaign.
